Royal Society Wolfson Laboratory Refurbishment Programme

Royal Society Wolfson Laboratory Refurbishment Programme

Between 1998 and 2012 the Wolfson Foundation worked in partnership with the Royal Society to provide funding for the refurbishment of laboratory space at British universities. The aim was to improve the existing physical infrastructure in UK universities to promote high quality scientific research.

The programme was based on an annual theme which has included bioinformatics, nanotechnology, medical materials, and reduction in carbon emissions.
